Bendigo GF Pasta specialises in fresh gluten free pasta with real ingredients and anti-inflammatory properties. All of our pasta is handmade with care, fresh every time for the Farmer's Markets and cafes.
We will be providing unique GF flavours and styles, which we will be showcasing at our farmer's market appearances. Think Turmeric and black pepper, Rosemary and magnesium, Matcha and lemon soba noodles!

OUR STORY
Bendigo GF Pasta started from a simple goal: to make gluten-free food that brings everyone to the same table — no compromises, no separate meals.
We make everything by hand in small batches using local ingredients, with gut-friendly additions like turmeric, psyllium, and olive oil. It’s pasta that makes you feel good, inside and out.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Purdita Hepburn — but everyone calls me Purdi — and I’ve always loved cooking.
For me, food is so much more than the sum of its parts. It’s culture, connection, curiosity, and a bit of science — all coming together in a dish that (if done right) is absolutely delicious.
All three of my kids are gluten intolerant, so our home has been gluten-free for years — and honestly, we all feel better for it. As a qualified chef, I’ve always found it easy enough to cook gluten-free food… except pasta. That was the one thing I just couldn’t get right — unless I made it from scratch.
And between raising a family and juggling life, scratch-made pasta was a rare luxury. Until now.
Bendigo GF Pasta is my way of sharing something I wish I’d had years ago: proper, fresh, gluten-free pasta that’s beautiful, nourishing, and made with love using the best local ingredients.
My mission is simple: To make gluten-free pasta that every body can enjoy. ❤️
